Due to the NSW government-enforced lockdown and restrictions to employee movements, please be aware that there will be delays in packing & shipping your orders.

We can no longer guarantee same-day dispatch of orders.

We are working staggered shifts and overtime to reduce the impact on your orders as much as possible.

Our warehouse is operating 7 days a week, 12 hours a day.

We’ve made sure all recommended health & safety procedures are implemented within to ensure the safety of our warehouse team.

Here's what we're doing:

  1. Our warehouses are being cleaned more frequently and rigorously
  2. We’re following advice from the World Health Organisation and local NSW health authorities around social distancing within our facilities
  3. All our packaging staff have uninterrupted access to hand sanitiser and personal protective equipment where required and relevant.

Also be advised that Australia Post - our preferred courier partner - is facing significant operational challenges at this time.

There may be additional delays in the delivery of your order once it is collected from our warehouse by Australia Post.
