It depends on where you are located. Most orders are delivered within 5 days of shipment.
Orders are delivered next day to addresses in the Sydney metro area. Orders to other metro areas are delivered within 3 days.
Orders to rural and remote addresses can take up to 7 days to be delivered.
All orders are sent with Australia Post, the most reliable courier in Australia.
For same-day deliveries within Sydney, orders are sent with GoPeople.
Shipping is free for orders over $100.
For orders less than $100, a small shipping fee is applicable.
You will receive an automatic email with your order tracking information as soon as it ships from our warehouse.
You do not need to contact us for a tracking number - it will be sent automatically.
Your fragrances will be very carefully packaged in a secure, protective mailer box.
These mailer boxes are designed to withstand the bumps your package may experience on its journey to you.
In the very rare event that your items arrive damaged or broken, please take a photo immediately. You can then contact our customer service team who will happily assist with a refund or replacement.
If no one is home at the time of delivery, our courier partners will either take your item to the nearest service depot, or contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.
